i am not happy today. really very sad. coz one customer wants to complain about me. coz i hold him on the music hold for too long and went back to him without saying sorry for holding him for too long. BUT i did say thanks for holding the line. i wasn that rude. when he asked me do i know how long i hold him. i looked at the time. is just 14 mins. that is not very long. i mean his case very rare. i went up to sup and she check and also call up the other dept to check also. haiz.. then end up he say he want to complain to QSM. he took down my full name say want to complain. is not like i get back to him without an answer. i went back to him with an answer. and the answer is wat the sup ask me to say one. kns lah!!!
then got home told my sis the story as well as my parents. my sis and mother understand and said don need to be sad. however, my dad zi tao say is like that one. is like as if he know what to do like that. didn console me, still shoot me. ARG!!! thus i fierce him back. ARG!!! forget it. don mention le. just feel a bit sorry to fierce at him.
